Bootcamp sessions are held three times a week by Stave Hill, Russia Dock Woodlands, Canada Water SE16 6AX. Sessions are every Saturday morning at 10.30am and Wednesday evenings at 7.15pm and Mondays evenings at 7.15pm and run for one hour at a time.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, this fast paced all over body workout will have you burning calories, blasting fat, increasing your strength endurance and improving your over all fitness. Why not bring along a friend, relative or colleague and join in the fun.

No two sessions are the same, this will challenge your fitness levels and get you progressing in no time. We have seen some amazing results in bootcamp and are very proud of our participants. The group is very social and there is a great element of fun involved.

It doesn’t matter if you are totally new to exercise, or a regular gym-go-er, the class is open to everyone and I offer a friendly, positive and supportive approach with plenty of options. We cater for all levels, post natal and anyone training for a specific event.

Bootcamp St James

If you are an early riser and you are in reach of Embankment and Charing Cross, we train by St James’ Park. You are also welcome to join me for Bootcamp sessions Monday 7am and Wednesday 7am. Prices do differ to the Bootcamp SE16, so please contact me for more information.
