Brunel Museum Logo - thumbThe Brunel Museum in Rotherhithe is an International Landmark Site, home of the oldest Underground in the World and has a growing reputation for exciting and unusual events in its Engine House, rooftop garden and huge underground amphitheatre. We are a small museum open seven days a week and reliant on volunteers to tell a big story.

Small friendly community café seeks volunteers to work 3 hrs a week, tea and cake always provided to our volunteers.

Community café / shop volunteers will play a key role in welcoming visitors to the Brunel Museum. Their tasks will include serving customers, handling money, answering phone calls, updating the notice boards, selling merchandise and serving refreshments.

Volunteers should be polite and friendly, training will be provided and staff will be on hand to assist at all times.

If you think you fit the bill, we would be delighted to hear from you.
