Aromatherapy at bodytonic clinic Canada Water - Bermondsey, Rotherhithe & Surrey Quays SE16

Planning

Rotherhithe and Bermondsey are undergoing very swift and widespread development. Some people view this redevelopment as bringing new investment, people and businesses to the area whilst others regard it as the destruction of the community they once knew. Nonetheless, the plans are in place and permissions have been sought and given. Now we are beginning to see the real difference it has made and will make to the area.

The Planning Authority for SE16 is the London Borough of Southwark. If you want to find the details of planning applications to and decisions by the authority, use their search page here. You can also use Planning Finder to see the current state of planning applications in our area.

To get regular updates on the planning process for Canada Water, visit the Canada Water Consultative Forum who meet at Alfred Salter Primary School at 19:00 every couple of months. Visit their website and subscribe to their email newsletter to know the detail.
